No you can't, only the MP4 and H.264 video formats are directly supported. Support for other video formats may come later by third party developers though. If you have WMV and other DivX movies, you can convert them to a video format supported by Apple. Take a look at the open-source HandBrake tool for a free solution specific to iPhone video conversions.
