We can travel to you and repair your device on the spot depending on your location once parts have arrived! Subject to approval based on location and availability. Please contact us first before booking, if you have any questions or concerns. Please leave any helpful info in the notes section at checkout. Note: This is for a one-time travel fee, only valid for 1 visit. Once your repair booking and Door Step Service booking is complete and approved, we will travel out to you to complete your device repair.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact us immediately so we can process a refund. Please keep in mind it could take up to 7-14 business days to return back to the debit or credit card used to place the repair booking.
