Terms and Conditions:

I grant permission to Samuel Moya to perform any action deemed necessary in an attempt to repair my device. Samuel Moya is not responsible for loss of profit or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damage occurring during or after device service. Furthermore, I release Samuel Moya from any liability for any data loss which may occur, or component failures occurring during attempted repair, testing, or at any other time.

 

Repair Process:

Some parts must be ordered prior to repairing the device. Please double check with us before placing any booking. Once the repair booking is complete, we will contact you as soon as possible so we can to confirm and place the order. Usually if booked before 6:00pm EST Monday-Friday we can have it here within 1-3 business days if not sooner and we can repair the device same day within normal business hours by appointment only.

Warranty Disclosure:

Screen repairs include a 6 Month Performance Warranty. Battery and Charging Port repairs include a 30 Day Performance Warranty at no extra cost to you. This includes defective replacement parts. This does not include physical or water damage. 

If you can't make it to us, we can travel to you. Please contact us for approval or book a Mobile Repair Appointment separately online.
