Please read our terms and conditions before placing a repair booking. iPad Air 1 / 5th Generation (Glass Only) Replacement Note: If the touch screen is not working please contact us as the lcd touch may also need to be replaced. All Screen Repairs include a 6 Month Performance Warranty at no extra cost to you. This does not include physical or water damage. For some models, the screen assembly must be ordered prior to us repairing the device. Please double check with us before placing a repair booking. Once the repair booking is complete, we will contact you as soon as we can to confirm the repair order. We can have most replacement parts here overnight. This service is for our Drop-Off location near Cambridge, MD only. If you can’t make it to us, we can travel to you. Please contact us for approval or book a Mobile Repair Appointment separately online. Please include any helpful info in the notes section at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact us immediately so we can process a refund. Please keep in mind it could take up to 7-14 business days to return back to the debit or credit card used to place the repair booking.
